The British Council is running its first global online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) conference from 5th to 9th October 2016. Starting on World Teacher’s Day, the conference will focus on CPD for teachers and teacher educators of all subjects and deal with a range of themes, from strategies to help you or your teachers take responsibility for your professional development to integrating 21st Century Skills into your classroom and training.

- Wednesday 5 October The teacher as reflective practitioner 

- Thursday 6 October: The teacher as reflective practitioner (2) 

- Friday 7 October: The learner - Saturday 8 October: Assessing and managing learning (teacher and student) 

- Sunday 9 October: 21st Century Skills/Core Skills 2 - Communication & collaboration, citizenship, leadership
