Today, April 24, 2024, marked the commencement of the annual Innovation Exhibition at the University of Duhok (UOD). The event witnessed the esteemed presence of Dr. Dawood Sulaiman Atrushi, the president of the university, Dr. Sabah Wais, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Mohammed Aziz Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Science. Together, they inaugurated the exhibition, which served as a showcase of innovative products and the modern technology, meticulously curated by the students of Department of Computer Sciences within the College of Science.

In his opening address, Dr. Dawood Atrushi extended his congratulations to the students, underscoring the significance of such exhibitions as platforms for exhibiting talents and innovative products. He emphasized the importance of cultivating an environment where student innovations are not only recognized but also revered, fostering an ethos of continuous improvement. Subsequently, the president of UOD embarked on a comprehensive tour of the exhibition, gaining firsthand insight into the diverse array of projects undertaken by the students.

It is worth highlighting that this annual exhibition, hosted by the College of Science, serves as a pivotal platform for students to showcase their groundbreaking scientific products. Students, faculty, and staff of The University of Duhok, alongside visitors from beyond the university's confines, converge at the exhibition to immerse themselves in the wealth of innovative work, projects, and products presented by the students.
