Objectives  of Conference:

1. Study of the publications of Sheikh Taher Al-Shoshi.
2. See the creations and products of the Kurdish scientists.
3. Show the role of Kurdish scientists in the service of science and culture.
4. Introducing the new generation to the history and ancient heritage of Kurdistan.

Conference topics:

1. General history and documentation of events and facts through the documents of Sheikh Shushi.
2. The role of Sheikh Taher Al-Shoushi’s books in calling for social reform and peaceful coexistence.
3. The ideological, jurisprudential and spiritual aspect of Sheikh Shushi's thought.
4. Beauty in the heritage of Sheikh Al-Shushi (calligraphy, geometry and ornamentation as a model)
5. Astudy in the poetic creations of Sheikh Shushi
6. thought  of (Badi Al-Zaman)  by Sheikh Saied Al-Nursi on the heritage of Sheikh Taher Al-Shoshi.

1. Kurdish language.
2. English language.
3. Arabic  language.

Participation Terms:

1. The research should be about one of the conference's themes
2. The research should not be published or extracted from a university thesis or thesis, or a participant in a conference.
3. Commitment to the scientific research method
4. Researches are written according to the regulations of the Duhok University Journal. (http://web.uod.ac/jud/)
5. It is preferable that the search pages do not exceed twenty-five pages
6. All researches are subject to scientific evaluation
7. The research shall be accompanied by a brief biography of the researcher, provided that it does not exceed one page with the mobile number and e-mail.

1. Last date for receiving research summaries is : 11/15/2019. 
2. Announcement of acceptance of abstracts is : 25/11/2019.                         
3. Last date for receiving final copy of  research is : 15/2/2020 .                                                       
4. Announcement of accepted research: 3/15/2020.

Note:

1. For those who wish to publish their research in the Journal of the University of Duhok, they must pay the publishing fees of (90,000) Iraqi dinars for members of the University of Duhok and (125,000) Iraqi dinars for others .
