🔘Being chartered, licensed, or accredited by the appropriate Iraqi higher education-related organization.

🔘Offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master's or doctoral degrees).

🔘Delivering courses predominantly in a traditional, face-to-face, non-distance education format.
