On the occasion of the International World Cancer Day. Dr. Jamim M. Abdo  participated in the  Conference which held on 4 Feb. 2019 (Cancer Research & Database Development in Kurdistan)

This conference was organized by the Scientific Research Center of Soran University and the National Cancer Research Center of Baghdad University in combination with WHO.

The participants were from different universities such as Soran, Duhok, Halwere, Eshik, Baghdad, and Basra.

 Dr. Jassim Mohammed Abdo is an Instructor at the Department of Microbiology, college of pharmacy, the University of Dohuk. He is working as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of University of Duhok (JUD). He received his Ph.D. from the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany in 2011.  He was a Director at Duhok Research Center from 2011 -2018. Hold in many national and international conference and workshops in molecular biology. He participated in   many projects on Epidemiology, Diagnostic tools, Bioinformatics which are supported by European Union
