A Delegation from the University of Leicester Visits the UoD
A delegation from the University of Leicester visited the University of Duhok (UoD) on the 29th September2011. The aim of the visit was to discuss the possibilities for further mutual cooperation, as well as to help UoD’s students apply for graduate studies in Britain.
The delegation met with the Vice Presidents and Deans of the UoD. They talked about the opportunities for applying for Master and Ph.D studies at the University of Leicester in order to develop the students’ capacities. In a seminar attended by UoD’s students and staff, the delegation presented a brief explanation on the registration process and the scientific departments that are available at their university.
