Insecticide and its Influence on Livestocks

Miss Meyan.Salim from the College of Veterinary Medicine presented her Master thesis, to a special committee on March 10th 2010.The thesis which was under the supervision of Dr Saadi.S.Muhammed dealt with the influence of insecticides on livestock.


Discussing her thesis project, Miss Meyan said, ‘the project deals with insecticides which are being used in a wide range of Kurdistan and the effects they have on the livestock in the region. ‘She went on to say, ‘after a month of intensive research on livestock in the area, I was able to prove the influence of using these materials.’’


At the end of the discussions, the committee decided to award the student a Master degree.
