The University of Duhok owns and operates a wide array of student housing.
These free dormitory accommodations are available to students who live outside Duhok.
Recently, four buildings were constructed for housing on the newly founded Malta campus.
Each building houses 100 occupants, allocated preferentially to first year students.
The dormitories contain a study room, a kitchen, furnished bedrooms, carpet, heating, electricity and cleaning services.
Furnished homes with a stove, a refrigerator and other equipment are offered to graduate students and teachers, as well.
While a placement in a residence hall cannot be guaranteed for every student, the university does its best to ensure that all students find suitable accommodation.
