| There are several scientific and cultural centers and scholastic offices affiliated with and under the authority of the University of Duhok. Some of these offices are linked to the University Presidency Office, and other Colleges. The Administrative Council, which represents the highest academic and administrative supervision, is the collective responsible body. These centers are headed either by the Vice President of Scientific Affairs or by the Deans of the Colleges.
