Mr.Ameel Sh.Issa from the Computer Department at the College of Basic Education, Zakho presented his Master thesis on the 6th February 2010. Entitled,’’Real-Time Switched Ethernet using Traffic Smoothing and 802.1P Protocol Prioritization, ‘it dealt with connecting local and international Ethernet without influencing each other. Previous works presented in this specialization have not included this factor.
The thesis was supervised by Dr. Bayez Kh. Muhammed, and after detailed discussions by a specialist committee it was decided to award the student with a Master Degree.
