Basketball

Basketball is a fast-paced, fun and exciting sport, which is both physically and mentally demanding. It is an excellent way to improve your fitness, gain new skills and meet new friends; all in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Here at the UoD, we have had great success in previous seasons with our basketball teams.

Since 2005, the university has competed in and hosted many tournaments, reaching and winning the final in 2008 of the Northern Area competition.

There are training sessions throughout the year, which cater for all levels of fitness, and everyone is welcome to attend.
